Space Case is covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty. With our 10-year cloud protection we cover repairs to your luggage in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects. Cloud protection does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by airline mishandling. In addition, we provide 1-year warranty for the electronic products. Hontus, LTD or one of our authorized repair centers will evaluate your luggage and determine if it is defective.
